Positive & Negative Adjustable Voltage Regulator

AC in up to 18 V

Output from 3-18 V (Power drop of around 1-5-2 V)

Has built in rectification to convert AC to DC

I frequently change the 2200UF caps to 4700UF for better filtering

Great for projects that require a fixed negative and positive DC (not just ground)

Before plugging the device to load, check with a multimeter & turn the multi-turn pots until the desired voltage is achieved…  Turn your multimeter to measure DC voltages, then 1 probe to positive and 1 to ground then one probe to negative and 1 to ground… the trim-pot is very accurate and one can adjust the voltage to specific voltages not just a rough guess.

These kind of boards are used in op amp audio amplifiers etc.
